Happy Wednesday babes! We had Fall weather last week and this week we are back in the 90’s. But that doesn’t stop me from spreading Fall love everywhere. I’m still drinking my Pumpkin spice lattes, baking pumpkin everything, and decorating our home for Fall!
If you know me, then you know I can’t bake shit. I’m an ok cook. I’m good at only like 5 recipes. My husband still loves me though. He didn’t marry me for my cooking skills. Haha! My worst thing I bake are cookies. I always end up under cooking or over cooking. But THESE. These delicious Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies is something I have mastered and hit it out of the park! They are so good and so moist! If I can nail this one then ya’ll can too! Here’s what you will need:
1 Can of Pumpkin
1/2 Cup of veggie Oil
1 Cup of Sugar
2 Cups of Flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp of milk
1 Tablespoon of Vanilla
2 Cups of Chocolate chip (I used milk chocolate you can use any semi sweet etc.)
Combine Pumpkin puree, Sugar, Veggie Oil, Vanilla, & Milk in one bowl and mix it with spatula. Get another bowl and combine the baking powder, baking soda, flour, cinnamon, salt.
Next mix the dry mixture into the wet mixture. Stir until Mixed.
Next get your pan and scoop out 1 spoonful of mixture and place it on the pan. Make sure there is at least 2″ in between each cookie.
Bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees!
