You Are Not Alone. When I first started my IG account & blog I felt alone. Alone in motherhood. I was in denial that I had postpartum depression. I had no idea what I was doing. I was just lost and alone. I mean I had my husband but when he had to go back to work I was alone. Just Me & Lily. You are probably thinking well Lynn don’t you have real life friends? To be honest, I don’t have many “real life” friends. I had mama friends from my old job but we had just moved to Kansas City and I just felt alone.
It’s so crazy that I met my “Mama tribe” on Instagram. But let me tell you, without all of these mama friends I have made on here, I would probably still be lost. It’s nice to feel that I’m not alone and that we all go through “whatever” it may be.
So if your a mom who feels lost and alone: Hey there! I’m Lynn. I’m fueled by coffee, believer in kindness, and you can usually find me roaming Target or Starbucks. Want to be mama friends?
Just remember, you are not alone in this journey of motherhood.
