This post is sponsored by Glass Doctor, A Neighborly Company but as always this is 100% my honest review.
Hi Friends! I hope you are all doing well. Summer is finally hereand we are over the moon happy! However, the Summer heat in Kansas is a little intense at times. I’m always looking for indoor activities that the kiddos can do that is fun for them but is an easy clean up activity for me. That is where Glass Doctor, aNeighborly Company comes in. Our friends at Glass Doctor, aNeighborly Company sent over a DIY craft + clean up kit for us to try out.
Lily loves to paint and color so when I told her she could paint on our windows she was SO excited! Lily went to town with the window paint markers and I loved watching her paint! After she created her masterpiece it was time to clean up!
I grabbed my red gloves and mixed warm water & dish soap in a bowl and took a microfiber cloth to wipe away the paint. It came off so easily! Next, I went back in with a clean microfiber cloth to wipe and then used the Glass Doctor glass cleaner which left my windows sparkling clean! If you don’t have the Glass Doctorglass cleaner, here is a DIY Glass Cleaner recipe you can use.
DIY Glass Cleaner Recipe
1 cup of Water
1 cup of Rubbing Alcohol
1 tablespoon of vinegar
Next pour the mixture into a spray bottle, shake, and clean! How easy is that?!
I can’t thank Glass Doctor, a Neighborly Company enough for coming up with this amazing craft idea! I can let my kiddos paint on the windows and not have to stress about cleaning the aftermath thanks to their Glass Cleaner! If you are looking for an indoor activity for your kiddos, be sure to let them paint on the windows and relax knowing your clean up will be easy peasy!
